Order & Delivery

What are the delivery times?

We deliver within 3 to 5 business days in metropolitan France.

Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is free for all orders over €50.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it ships.

The Nomad™ Bag

Is the Nomad™ Bag suitable for a laptop?

Yes. Its large main compartment allows you to carry a laptop, a tablet, as well as all your daily essentials.

How many compartments does the bag have?

The Nomad™ Bag features 15 smart compartments, designed to easily organize your belongings and keep them within reach.

Is the bag waterproof?

Oxford fabric is splash-resistant and can withstand light rain. To preserve its quality, however, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to heavy rain.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and other secure payment methods depending on your country.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All transactions are protected through a secure payment system using SSL encryption.

Can I pay in installments?

Depending on your country and payment method, solutions such as Klarna may be offered at checkout.

Returns

Can I return my Nomad™ Bag?

Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to make a return if the product does not suit you.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.

When will I be refunded?

Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

The Nomad™ Bag is made of Oxford fabric, a lightweight, durable, and easy-to-maintain material, with an Oxford lining.

It is ideal for work, study, travel, outings, sports, or even shopping thanks to its large storage space.
